2: Envie seu remix
Coloque seu remix em seu Soundcloud, em formato MP3 320kbps. Os remixes que não estiverem neste padrão de qualidade serão automaticamente descartados. O seu remix deverá ser nomeado exatamente como Tommy Love feat. Paula Bencini – You Are The One (Nome do Artista Remix) REMIX CONTEST. Em hipótese alguma, o remix deve ter a opção de “liberar para download” ativada.
TERMOS E REGRAS
1. Dia de início e dia de término da competição. 22 de setembro de 2011 até 30 de outubro de 2011.
2. PARA PARTICIPAR: Crie um remix para a música disponibilizada, poste a faixa no seu Soundcloud, e envie e-mail para remixcontest2011@gmail.com, juntamente com seus dados pessoais (nome completo, e-mail, endereço e telefones de contato). Os inscritos concordam com as regras deste concurso e estão cientes de que as músicas enviadas serão propriedade da Intelecto Records e não poderão ser comercializadas, com selo algum, sem a devida autorização.
3. Cada produtor pode enviar no máximo 1 remix;
4. COPYRIGHT CONTROL: Está proibida a utilização de qualquer material que contenha copyright control (controle de direitos autorais). Somente as partes originais da música enviada no Remix Pack. Bootlegs e mashups não serão aceitos. Vocais de músicas conhecidas também não serão aceitos. Somente material original.
5. USO DA IMAGEM: Caso você seja o vencedor, estará consciente de que deverá providenciar seus dados, endereço, biografia, fotos e o uso da imagem para promoção da Intelecto Records.
6. GANHADORES: - A eleição do melhor remix fica a cargo dos juízes escolhidos para este concurso: os artistas Tommy Love e Paula Bencini, e os responsáveis pelo selo Intelecto Records. O vencedor será notificado por e-mail. Assim que notificado, o ganhador deverá providenciar o arquivo final da faixa, em formato WAVE para posterior lançamento.
7. PRÊMIOS: A melhor versão de You Are The One (escolhido pelos jurados) fará parte do single oficial da música. O remix campeão será lançado digitalmente, ao lado de grandes produtores nacionais e internacionais, pelo selo Intelecto Records. O single será comercializado em sites especializados em vendas de MP3s de música eletrônica.
8. GANHOS: O ganhador terá participação nas vendas das músicas, com valores e porcentagens acertados individualmente, através de contrato com a Intelecto Records
9. GANHADORES: O vencedor do Remix Contest será anunciado em matéria veiculada em toda a mídia especializada.
10. Todas as partes das músicas originais continuam com seus direitos autorais, sendo impedidas de serem utilizadas após o término do concurso, inclusive liberada a faixa para download gratuito.

Paula Bencine - You Are The One (Artist Name Remix) Remix Contest. In no event is the remix should have the option to "free download" enabled.
TERMS AND RULES

5. USE OF PICTURE: If you are the winner, will be aware of who should arrange your data, address, biography, photos and use the image for the promotion of Intellect Records.
6. WINNERS: - The election of the best remix is the responsibility of judges chosen for this contest: the artists and Paula Bencine, Tommy Love, and those responsible for Intellect Records label. The winner will be notified by e-mail. Once notified, the winner must provide the final file the track, in WAVE format for later release.
7. PRIZES: The best version of You Are The One (chosen by the judges) will be part of the official single of the song. The champion will be digitally released remix, alongside major national and international producers, the label Intellect Records. The single will be sold on sites specializing in sales of electronic music MP3s.
8. GAINS: The winner will participate in sales of music, with figures and percentages worked out individually, through a contract with the Intellect Records
9. WINNERS: The Remix Contest winner will be announced on vehicles throughout the specialized media.
